Who we are

What we collect

• The details you give us to get a quote: the service you need, your pickup suburb, a preferred date and your phone number.
• Anything else you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email, such as addresses, photos of the job and access instructions.
• Records of the jobs we do for you, such as quotes and invoices.

How the quote form works

The form on this website does not send your details to our servers. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp with a message filled in from what you typed. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that message. WhatsApp is run by Meta and handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use your information to prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the job, contact you about it, and keep the records the law requires, such as tax records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies and third parties on this website

• This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics.
• The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and the review site take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to do your job, such as the crew on the day, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them to deal with any follow-up on the job and to meet legal record-keeping duties. We then delete them or remove what identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email or call us using the details above. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding analytics or an online form, we will update this page and the date at the top.
